Exchange and Refund Policy

We don't accept exchange or return for the reason of (1)change of mind, (2)don't like the item, or (3) don't suit you well.

It's normal situation for silver to be soft and malleable, just bend it carefully and it will be in the best condition again.

Note :

1. We will only be able to process your exchange and refund request within 3 days of receiving your order.

2.If the item that you purchase is out of stock, we are only able to offer a replacement item or via store credit which you may use for your next purchase. 

3. Definition of defect : highly damage on surface, large area of stains, colour fading or affect the usage. Kindly contact with us if you receive any defect product.

4. We check all the item carefully before shipment. However if any of our item contain manufacturing defects, you may exchange your item or get partial refund subject to the terms below : 

-You will need to reach out to us in 48 hours of delivery and attach with defected section pictures. Our team will assist you.

-Please ship back the item for us

-We will process exchange or refund in 3-5 working days.
